I just watched the best video on the 3-Day site – highly recommend it! It’s a great video about the experience, and what you can expect. The best part? I’m in the video! During the part about Opening Ceremonies, it shows everyone doing warm-up exercises. I’m the goofy one at the front, on the right side of the screen, with a white cap and black ear warmer / headband thing under it. Cool, huh?? Check it out: Go to www.the3day.org. Go to the 2007 site.
