Do you get the feeling that's what the markets are doing -- but in wrong direction? We go to sleep at night knowing the Dow tanked, and wake up the next morning to find out that Europe answered with a dive of their own.
This is a bizarre time to do fundraising. I know people are worrried about the economy but at the same time, breast cancer doesn't care what's going on with the Dow. Breast cancer doesn't care if you have an IRA, a 401K or a bunch of 20's in your mattress. It knows no economic boundaries.
And our tally continues to rise. I'm sure the markets will have an effect on how much we raise this year, but for now we're at $86,000. How cool is that??
