I think our elves may need a tune-up. They're a bit spazzy. Some nights they move. Some nights they don't. Sometimes they move in the daytime. Sometimes they "forget" to move for a couple of days. This morning, I took the girls to the bus stop, and when I came back they'd moved into the kitchen. Guess they know I'm planning to make candy today.

In fact, he didn't move last night. He waited until this morning when we weren't looking, after the girls were...um, misbehaving (which is putting it lightly!) You should have heard the 3 year old apologizing to him. LOL!!!
