From the front steps. The stake in the ground is where the water line was when Pete left yesterday at lunch. YIKES! That brown piece of wood looked an awful lot like a varmint after dark last night, but that's another story for another day.
The edge of the pier is right where that water hose is hanging.

These folks have a REALLY nice pier -- when it isn't under water....
When we left, the water was still rising and the rain was coming down really hard. It's supposed to rain another 6.5" -- at least -- in the next two days. YIKES!
